What Pool is, and is not
Pool is classifieds for empty car seats. We introduce owners and riders. We do not drive, price, or insure the trip.
Pool is an introduction, not a taxi
Someone already drives your route. Pool lets them publish the seats they are not using, and lets you ask for one. The car belongs to that person. They drive it, they choose who sits in it, and they set the price.
NaqlGo does not send a driver, does not operate the trip, and takes no commission.
Pool and NaqlGo Service are different products
NaqlGo Service is our operated pick and drop in Lahore: you get a quote, an assigned car, a named driver, and an agreement. Use Service when the commute has to be guaranteed.
Pool has none of that. It is faster and cheaper because it is someone else’s existing trip, and it carries the risks that come with that.
What we actually do
We review every listing before it appears in search. We keep owner phone numbers off public pages. We hand you a WhatsApp introduction when you request a seat, and we remove listings that are reported or that break our rules.
What we do not do
We do not take payment, hold a seat, verify a driving licence, check insurance, or vet the person driving. Price, timing, air conditioning, waiting time and cancellations are agreed directly between the two of you.
Common questions
- Is NaqlGo Pool a taxi service?
- No. Pool is classifieds for empty seats in private cars. The owner drives their own car on a trip they were already making. NaqlGo does not operate the trip or employ the driver.
- Does NaqlGo take a commission on Pool rides?
- No. There is no booking fee and no commission. Any money is paid directly to the car owner, on terms the two of you agree.
