How search matches rides

Pick both locations from the suggestions, choose a day, and Pool matches on distance, time and weekday.

Use the search bar

Type an area, landmark or address into Leaving from and Going to, then pick one of the suggestions. Picking a suggestion matters: it gives us the exact coordinates, and search cannot run without them.

Add a date, an optional departure time, and how many seats you need.

What nearby means

Within a city, Pool matches listings whose pickup and dropoff are close to both of your pins. You control how close with the Pickup within filter — 2, 5, 10 or 25 km. Widening it is the single most useful thing to do on a route that looks empty.

For longer trips of roughly 40 km or more, matching is by city instead, so Lahore to Islamabad still appears even when your pins are not close to the owner’s.

If you set a time, Pool looks about 45 minutes either side of it. Recurring rides match the weekday of the date you chose.

Return trips appear too

When an owner drives back as well, that return leg is searchable in its own right. Search Gulberg to DHA at 6:30 pm and you will find the person who drives DHA to Gulberg every morning and returns in the evening. Those results are labelled Return leg so the direction is never ambiguous.

If nothing appears

New corridors often start empty. Widen the pickup distance, try another day, or clear the filters. If you need a Lahore commute that is guaranteed rather than found, NaqlGo Service is the operated product.

Common questions

Why do I have to pick a suggestion instead of typing an address?
Picking a suggestion gives Pool the exact coordinates of the place. Search matches on distance between real points, so typed text alone is not enough to run a search.
Why are there no rides on my route?
Most likely nobody has published that corridor yet. Widen the Pickup within filter to 10 or 25 km, try a different weekday, and clear any filters you have set.
