If a listing is not approved
The usual reasons a listing is rejected or paused, and how to publish one that passes review.
Common reasons
The route is too vague. A pickup pinned to a whole city cannot be matched to a rider standing in one neighbourhood.
The car does not match. Make, model and year are what a rider checks before getting in, so they have to be right.
It reads as a commercial service. Pool is for seats in a car on a trip you were already making, not for advertising a rental, a hired driver, or a van run as a business.
A duplicate. If the same trip is already listed under your number, publishing it again will be blocked — the existing listing is what riders will find.
What to do
Fix the detail and publish again. If you think a rejection is wrong, message our team on WhatsApp with the route and we will look at it.
