Terms of Use

1. What Pool is

Pool is an introduction service. We publish listings that car owners submit, we let riders search them, and we pass a WhatsApp introduction between the two sides.

That is the entire service. Everything that happens after the introduction — the journey, the money, the timing, the conduct of either person — happens directly between the owner and the rider.

2. What Pool is not

NaqlGo is not a transport provider on Pool. We do not own, hire, operate, dispatch, route, insure or inspect any vehicle listed on Pool, and we do not employ, contract, license or supervise any person who drives one.

A car owner who publishes on Pool is not our agent, employee, partner or contractor. They act entirely on their own behalf.

Pool is separate from NaqlGo Service, our operated pick and drop in Lahore. Service is a transport service we run, with our own drivers and agreements. Nothing in these terms applies to Service, and nothing about Service should be taken to apply to Pool.

3. Your agreement is with the other person

When a rider and an owner agree to travel together, that agreement is between the two of them. NaqlGo is not a party to it.

Price, pickup point, timing, waiting, luggage, conduct, cancellation and any refund are matters for the two of you to agree and to honour. We cannot enforce that agreement, arbitrate a dispute about it, or compensate either side if it is not kept.

4. Cost sharing, not commercial transport

Pool is intended for sharing the cost of a journey the owner was already making. Any amount a rider pays should be a contribution towards the running cost of that journey — fuel and wear — and not a profit-making fare.

Pool must not be used to advertise a taxi, a rental, a hired driver, a shuttle, a van service or any other commercial passenger transport operation. We remove listings that appear to be commercial services.

You are responsible for ensuring that what you do through Pool is lawful where you are, including any licensing, permit, tax or insurance requirement that may apply to you. We cannot advise you on that.

5. If you publish a ride

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are legally entitled to drive the vehicle you have listed, that you hold a valid driving licence, and that the vehicle is roadworthy, registered and insured as required by law.

You confirm that the details you publish are accurate — the route, the schedule, the number of seats, and the make, model and year of the car. Riders rely on the car details to identify the vehicle that arrives.

You decide who travels with you. You are under no obligation to accept any request.

6. If you request a seat

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the contact details you give are your own and are accurate.

You accept that a listing is a description supplied by the owner, that we have not verified the driver, the vehicle or the insurance, and that requesting a seat does not reserve it. The owner decides.

You may end a journey at any time and make your own way. Nothing arranged through Pool obliges you to remain in a vehicle.

7. Review, and removal

A person reviews every listing before it appears in search. That review checks whether the listing looks genuine and complete. It is not a verification of the driver, the vehicle, the insurance or the person’s background, and it must not be relied on as one.

We may pause, reject or remove any listing, and may decline to pass on any request, at our discretion — including where a listing is reported, appears inaccurate, appears commercial, or where we believe the service is being misused.

8. Payments

NaqlGo does not process, hold, collect or refund any money on Pool. There is no booking fee and no commission.

Anything a rider pays is paid directly to the owner, on terms the two of you agree. We have no record of it and cannot recover it.

9. How you may use Pool

Do not publish false, misleading or duplicated listings, or listings for journeys you do not intend to make.

Do not use Pool to collect other people’s contact details, to send unsolicited messages, to advertise anything, or to harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone.

Do not attempt to access the service by automated means, to circumvent our rate limits or security checks, or to interfere with the site.

We may withdraw access to Pool at any time where these rules are broken.

10. Safety and reporting

Every ride page has a Report this listing link. Use it to tell us about a listing or a person, and we will act on what we can.

If you are in immediate danger, contact the police on 15 first, and report to us afterwards.

11. Liability

Pool is provided as it is. We do not promise that a listing is accurate, that an owner will reply, that a journey will take place, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NaqlGo is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay or cost arising out of a journey arranged through Pool, the conduct of any owner or rider, the condition of any vehicle, or any agreement made between users.

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify NaqlGo against any claim, loss or cost arising from your use of Pool, from a journey you take or provide, or from your breach of these terms.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and continuing to use Pool after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Law, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
