What to agree before you travel
Settle the pickup point, price, timing and waiting rules on WhatsApp before the day of the trip.
Agree these five things
The exact pickup point, not just the area. "Outside the Shell pump on Main Boulevard" avoids ten minutes of phone calls.
The price, and whether it is per trip or per month. Say it in numbers, in writing, on WhatsApp.
The departure time, and how long the driver waits if you are late.
Whether the return trip is included, and at what time.
How you pay, and when — cash on the day, or monthly in advance.
Put it in writing
Keep it in the WhatsApp thread rather than on a call. If something is disputed later, both of you can scroll back. NaqlGo is not a party to that agreement and cannot settle it for you.
If plans change
Tell the other person as early as you can. A carpool works because it is predictable; a rider who does not show up without warning is the fastest way to lose a seat permanently.
