Riders
Request a seat
Leave your name and WhatsApp number, then message the owner. They decide whether the seat is free.
Send the request
Open a ride and enter your name and WhatsApp number. A short note helps — a landmark near your pickup is the most useful thing you can add.
Submit, and you get a button that opens WhatsApp with an introduction already written.
The WhatsApp link lasts 30 minutes
That button works for 30 minutes. It is deliberately short, so that owner phone numbers cannot be collected in bulk by anyone who is not genuinely asking for a seat.
If it expires, request the seat again and you will get a fresh one. Nothing is lost.
What happens next
Your message opens with NaqlGo Pool, so the owner knows where you found them. They reply if the seat is free.
Pool does not hold the seat for you, take payment, or guarantee that the owner replies. If you do not hear back, the ride page lists other rides on the same route.
